Every person who allows a dog to be off-leash in a designated area (TO 188-1; Subsection B (2)(d), above) shall maintain voice control over the dog and shall keep the dog under observation at all times.
Users of this facility do so at their own risk. The Town will not be held liable for any injury or damage caused by any dog on Town property.
Harassment, bullying, or other inappropriate behaviors by patrons will result in an immediate and permanent expulsion from the park.
Handlers must be 18 or older.
Children 11 through 17 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
Children 10 years or younger are not allowed in the off-leash area.
Apparatus in the park are for dogs only - patrons are not to climb or play on them.
Handlers must watch their dog(s) at all times.
No more than 2 dogs to 1 handler at any time.
Aggressive dogs must be removed immediately.
If your dog bites / causes injury to a human, then he/she is immediately and permanently expelled from the park.
Handlers are responsible for any injuries caused by their dogs.
All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations.
All dogs must wear current license and vaccination tags.
All dogs must wear an appropriately fitted flat collar at all times.
No prong or choke collars on dogs in the off-leash area.
No animals other than dogs are permitted in the off-leash area.
No female dogs in season (heat).
You must clean up after yourself and your dog(s) to keep the park clean and safe.
No glass containers.
Absolutely no food or treats allowed at any time.
